We’re thrilled to share that RL Engineering has installed a new Hwacheon Hi-TECH 230AL CNC lathe and Iemca Kid 80 bar feeder in our factory. These machines have advanced features and superior build quality, allowing us to produce complex parts with high accuracy and consistency.
The 6-axis CNC lathe has live tooling, a Y-axis, and a sub-spindle, which reduces human error and achieves consistent cycle times. The Iemca Kid 80 bar feeder allows us to minimize costs and waste by running half-length bars, making our pricing more competitive.
